Oatmeal Breakfast Bars with Wild Blueberries

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease a 9x9 baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the mashed banana, eggs, melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Add the banana mixture to the oat mixture and stir until combined, then fold in ½ cup of walnuts and ¾ cup of blueberries gently.
- Spread the batter in the baking dish and top with remaining blueberries and walnuts.
- Bake for 22-26 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
