Blueberry Oatmeal Bars

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the melted butter and stir until clumps form, reserving ½ cup of the mixture.
- Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Layer half of the blueberries on top, then sprinkle with cornstarch, lemon juice, and half of the granulated sugar.
- Add the remaining blueberries and sprinkle with the rest of the sugar and reserved crumble mixture.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Cool completely, then prepare the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk.
- Lift the bars from the pan, drizzle with glaze, slice, and serve.
