Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x8 inch baking pan with nonstick spray and parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, quinoa, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, combine the milk, applesauce, maple syrup, almond butter, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix well, then fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and bake for 38 to 40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bars cool completely before cutting them into squares.
