Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large cast iron skillet.
  2. Add garlic to the skillet and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Add broccoli rabe to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then transfer to a bowl and serve.
