Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Blanch the broccoli rabe in boiling water for one minute.
- Drain the broccoli rabe well in a colander.
- In a baking dish, mix the drained broccoli rabe with garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
