Sautéed Broccoli Rabe

Instructions
- Trim ½ inch off the ends of the broccoli rabe.
- Prepare a large pot of salted boiling water and a large bowl of ice water.
- Blanch the broccoli rabe in the boiling water for about 2 minutes until bright green.
- Transfer the broccoli rabe to the ice water for about 15 seconds to cool.
- Drain the broccoli rabe and pat it dry with paper towels.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in the red pepper flakes.
- Add the blanched broccoli rabe and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the pan, drain any excess liquid, and season with salt and pepper.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the broccoli rabe and serve.
