Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by mixing soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, brown sugar, and sesame seeds in a small bowl.
- Drain the tuna and place it in a larger bowl.
- Dice the red bell pepper and slice the green onions, then add them to the bowl with the tuna.
- Pour the dressing over the tuna and vegetables, and gently fold to combine.
