Ingredients

The salad

  • 2 cans chunk light tuna in water
  • ½ red bell pepper red bell pepper
  • 2 pieces green onions

The dressing

  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by mixing soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, brown sugar, and sesame seeds in a small bowl.
  2. Drain the tuna and place it in a larger bowl.
  3. Dice the red bell pepper and slice the green onions, then add them to the bowl with the tuna.
  4. Pour the dressing over the tuna and vegetables, and gently fold to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
