Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, starting with lesser amounts of lemon juice and water.
- Scrape down the sides as needed and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust the flavor by adding more cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, or salt as desired.
- Serve the sauce on pasta, chicken, fish, veggies, or bowls.
- Store leftover sauce in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
