Parmesan Crusted Three Cheese and Garlic Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan with sliced garlic until fragrant and slightly browned, then discard the garlic.
- Brush garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread, then sprinkle parmesan on the buttered sides.
- Layer baby swiss cheese, pepper jelly, and gruyere cheese on half of the bread slices.
- Top with the other slices of bread, buttered side down, and cook in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until golden.
- Flip the sandwich and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese melts.
- Repeat the process for the remaining sandwiches and serve hot.
