Roasted Garlic Grilled Cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the panini press or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Mash the roasted garlic cloves and season with salt and pepper.
- Butter one side of two slices of bread and place them on the press or skillet.
- Top each slice with ¼ cup of cheese.
- Spread the bottom of the remaining bread slices with the mashed roasted garlic and press onto the cheese.
- Butter the top of each sandwich.
- Cook for about 5 minutes on the panini press or 3-4 minutes on each side in the skillet until browned.
