Ingredients

The cashews

  • 2 cups raw cashews

The seasoning

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • tbsp paleo ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cashews with avocado oil to coat them.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the cashews and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cashews in a single layer.
  5. Bake the cashews for 8 minutes, then stir and bake for another 8 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving or storing.
