Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the cashews with avocado oil to coat them.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the cashews and stir to coat evenly.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cashews in a single layer.
- Bake the cashews for 8 minutes, then stir and bake for another 8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving or storing.
