Paleo Spiced Nuts
Ingredients
The nuts

shelled sunflower seeds (raw and unsalted)
The seasoning

smoked paprika

sea salt

garlic powder
The oil

avocado or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Spread the nuts in a single layer on the sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes, turning halfway through.
- While the nuts are roasting, mix the smoked paprika, sea salt, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Remove the nuts from the oven and let them cool.
- In a bowl, coat the cooled nuts with olive oil and then with the spice mixture.
- Store the spiced nuts in an airtight container at room temperature until serving.
