Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the cashews to the bowl and fold gently until they are evenly coated.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon of the chopped rosemary.
- Spread the cashews in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 13 to 18 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Once golden brown and fragrant, remove from the oven and sprinkle with additional salt and the remaining rosemary.
- Serve warm or allow to cool before serving.
