Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the raw cashews on the baking sheet and drizzle with maple syrup, tossing to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and salt over the cashews and toss again.
- Roast the cashews in the oven for about 10 minutes, tossing every 3 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Once golden brown, remove from the oven and let them rest for at least 10 minutes to become crunchy.
- Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
