Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl, stirring both well.
- Add cashews to the wet mixture and stir until coated, then let sit for about 10 minutes.
- Remove excess liquid from the cashews and transfer them to the dry ingredients bowl, stirring until well coated.
- Transfer the cashews to the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
- Serve as a snack or add to salads or sandwiches.
