Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325º F.
- In a small bowl, mix the algae oil and seasonings together.
- Place the mixed nuts in a large pan and drizzle them with the seasoned oil, tossing to coat.
- Roast the nuts in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to avoid burning.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on the pan.
- Store the cooled nuts in a sealed container or mason jar for up to 4 weeks.
