Blackberry Ricotta Flatbread

shredded 2% milk Mozzarella cheese

fresh blackberries

honey

balsamic glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place the flatbread on the middle rack and bake for about 4 minutes until firm.
- Spread the ricotta cheese on the flatbread, leaving space for the crust, and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the shredded Mozzarella over the ricotta, then add the blackberries.
- Return the flatbread to the oven and bake for another 4-5 minutes until the edges are lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle honey and balsamic glaze over the top.
- Sprinkle chopped basil on top, slice, and serve immediately.
