Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain the tofu and slice it into thirds lengthwise, then cut into columns and rows to create bite-sized pieces.
- Press the tofu between towels with a heavy object for 15-30 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix tamari, avocado oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then toss the tofu in the mixture until coated.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and toss gently.
- Spread the tofu on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve as desired and enjoy!
