Crispy and Crunchy Baked Tofu Bits

Instructions
- Press the tofu for 15-30 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Tear the pressed tofu into small 1 to 2-inch pieces and blot them dry with a kitchen towel.
- In a large bowl, add the avocado oil, salt, and pepper to the tofu pieces and toss to coat evenly.
- Add the arrowroot starch, cornmeal, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and ground chillies to the bowl and toss to coat all pieces.
- Spread the coated tofu bits out on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they have space.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then stir and flip some pieces over before returning to the oven for another 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the crispy baked tofu bits immediately.
