Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, sriracha, garlic, and black pepper.
- 3. Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl and pour the sauce over them, tossing to coat evenly.
- 4. Spread the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not crowded.
- 5. Bake for 30 minutes until the florets are tender and golden brown on the undersides.
