Ingredients

The sauce

  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

The cauliflower

  • 1 head medium to large cauliflower

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, sriracha, garlic, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl and pour the sauce over them, tossing to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Spread the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not crowded.
  5. 5. Bake for 30 minutes until the florets are tender and golden brown on the undersides.
