Warm Cuban Sandwich Dip

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an oven-proof baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, swiss cheese, cornichons or pickles, diced ham, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, crème fraîche, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and bake for 15 to 17 minutes until bubbly and browned on top.
- Serve hot with slices of Cuban bread or soft rolls.
