black beans, rinsed and drained
The sandwich

ham

to taste
provolone cheese

to taste
mango slices

wheat bread

to taste
black bean puree
Instructions
- Spread the black bean puree evenly on the bottom halves of the prepared bread.
- Layer the sandwich with ham, mango slices, and provolone cheese.
- Top with another slice of bread.
- Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich.
- Grill in a skillet or Panini Press until golden brown.
