Ingredients

The sandwich

  • to taste Dill pickles, thinly sliced
  • 2 packages sliced swiss cheese
  • to taste Mustard

Tools

  • 2 bricks covered in aluminum foil
  • 1 large cast iron skillet

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F), creating direct and indirect heat zones.
  2. Grill the sandwich under the foil-covered brick or an inverted cast iron skillet with the lid closed for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts and the bread toasts.
  3. Slice the sandwich diagonally into triangles or into mini servings for a crowd.
