Instructions
- Whisk together all dressing ingredients until combined.
- Place 2 tbsp of dressing at the bottom of the mason jar.
- Layer quinoa, then top with walnuts, pear, onion, dried cranberries, and finish with spinach on top.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate until ready to serve.
