Instructions
- Beat the egg in a bowl, then add bread crumbs and milk, mixing well.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and poultry seasoning, then mix again.
- Incorporate the ground turkey using a fork until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 (4 oz) patties, making an indent in the center of each.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the patties inside.
- Set the air fryer to 360°F and cook for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Ensure the burgers reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
- If desired, add cheese on top for the last few minutes to melt.
- Remove the burgers and assemble your turkey burger.
