Ingredients

The burgers

  • 1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • teaspoon ground black pepper
  • teaspoon dried garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano

For cooking

  • ½ cup water
  • as needed spray nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add water to the bottom of the air fryer to prevent smoking.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, egg, almond flour, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, and oregano, then form four patties.
  4. Place the patties in the air fryer and cook at 360°F for 12-14 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Serve the burgers with your choice of toppings.
