Air Fryer Turkey Burgers

Instructions
- Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add water to the bottom of the air fryer to prevent smoking.
- In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, egg, almond flour, sea salt, black pepper, garlic, and oregano, then form four patties.
- Place the patties in the air fryer and cook at 360°F for 12-14 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve the burgers with your choice of toppings.
