Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain and cool under cold water.
- Chop the vegetables and prepare the dressing by mixing all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients and pour the dressing over them about 30 minutes before serving, tossing gently to combine.
