Banana Snack Cake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease a 9-by-13-inch pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the peeled bananas with a fork until relatively smooth.
- Add the peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas and stir until combined.
- Fold in ½ cup of chocolate chips, if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top, then bake for about 30 minutes or until the center feels firm.
- Let the cake cool completely in the pan before slicing into 12 to 15 slices.
