Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease a 10-inch cast iron skillet with about 2 teaspoons of coconut oil.
- Mash the bananas in a medium bowl until smooth, then add the liquid ingredients and whisk until combined.
- In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Pour the batter into the greased skillet and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
