Gluten Free Apple Bread

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk together the gluten free flour blend, baking powder, and baking soda.
- 3. In a medium saucepan, combine applesauce, cinnamon, and sea salt. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring constantly, then stir in the coconut oil until melted.
- 4. Remove from heat and whisk in the sugar and sour cream until well combined. Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes.
- 5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add this mixture to the applesauce mixture and stir until well combined.
- 6. Fold in the flour mixture and whisk for one minute.
- 7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and top with walnuts.
- 8. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes before removing from the pan.
