Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • ½ cup organic cacao powder
  • ¾ cup nut milk of choice
  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk
  • ¼ cup date paste
  • ¼ cup ground chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup (optional)
  • ¼ tsp salt (Himalayan salt recommended)
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. If chia seeds are not pre-ground, grind them in a blender.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 bowls.
  4. Dust with cacao powder and garnish with coconut flakes and chia seeds if desired.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving for best flavor and texture.
