Instructions
- If chia seeds are not pre-ground, grind them in a blender.
- Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Divide the mixture into 4 bowls.
- Dust with cacao powder and garnish with coconut flakes and chia seeds if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving for best flavor and texture.
