Instructions
- Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, honey, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, garlic powder, and paprika; refrigerate.
- Cut the chicken breast into 1 to 2 inch pieces and cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through (7-10 minutes). Allow to cool.
- Chop the cranberries and celery into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Once the chicken is cool, chop it into small pieces and add to the bowl with cranberries and celery.
- Add the dressing to the bowl and mix until everything is well combined. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
