Instructions
- Microwave the cream cheese until soft and stir in powdered sugar and almond extract.
- Place a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture and a dollop of raspberry jam in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wonton with water, fold, and press to seal.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Fry the wontons until golden brown on both sides, then remove and let excess oil drip off.
- Immediately coat the fried wontons in cinnamon sugar.
