Skinny Pineapple Cream Cheese Wontons

Instructions
- Melt the cream cheese and pineapple in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly for 3-4 minutes until creamy.
- Lay out the wonton wrappers and place a small amount of the pineapple cream cheese mixture on each wrapper.
- Fold each wrapper diagonally to form a triangle and seal by folding in the sides.
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 1 minute.
- Carefully add the folded wontons to the skillet and fry for 1½ to 2 minutes on each side.
- Remove the wontons from the skillet and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
