Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt, and bring to a boil.
- Cook for 1 minute while stirring continuously, then remove from heat.
- Stir in the oats and shredded coconut until well combined.
- Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
- Spoon the mixture into 1-inch balls onto parchment paper.
- Allow the cookies to cool for 20 minutes before storing in an airtight container.
