Cold Brew with Coconut Creamer

Instructions
- Prepare the cold brew by inserting the stopper into the brewing container and dampening the filter before placing it inside.
- Add 1 cup of water and 6 ounces of ground coffee to the container, then pour 3 more cups of water over the grounds.
- Add the remaining 6 ounces of ground coffee, wait 5 minutes, and then slowly add the last 3 cups of water without stirring.
- Lightly press down on the topmost grounds and cover with plastic wrap to minimize oxygen exposure.
- Let the coffee steep at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours.
- Remove the plastic wrap and stopper, allowing the coffee concentrate to flow into a glass decanter.
- For serving, mix 2 parts coffee concentrate with 1 part water and 1 part coconut creamer over ice.
- For the coconut creamer, blend dates, coconut milk, vanilla, and oil until smooth, then strain if necessary.
