Instructions
- Grind 1 cup of whole coffee beans to a coarse grind.
- Combine the ground coffee and 3 cups of water in a large jar or bowl, mixing until all grounds are wet.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then mix again and seal the jar.
- Refrigerate and let it brew for 12-18 hours.
- Filter the coffee using a tea towel or fine mesh sieve to remove the grounds.
- Serve the cold brew over ice and enjoy.
