Instructions
- Combine the ground coffee and cold water in a large bowl and stir briefly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
- After brewing, set up a strainer covered with cheesecloth over a second bowl.
- Pour the coffee mixture over the strainer and allow it to filter through.
- Discard the grounds and remove the strainer.
- Dilute the coffee concentrate with water to your preferred strength and serve over ice.
