Instructions
- Combine the coffee and water in a 1-quart wide-mouth mason jar and stir to mix.
- Let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes, stir again, then cover and refrigerate for 12 to 18 hours.
- Strain the coffee concentrate through a thin paper coffee filter or a small cloth over a fine-mesh sieve into a measuring cup or pitcher.
- To serve, fill a glass with ice, add half water and half cold brew concentrate, and stir to combine.
