Ingredients

  • 12 ounces coarse ground coffee
  • 6 cups cold or room temperature filtered water

Instructions

  1. Pour coffee grinds into a large bowl or container.
  2. Add the water and cover. Let rest on the counter for 24 hours.
  3. Line a fine mesh strainer with a coffee filter and pour the coffee and grinds over the filter slowly in batches.
  4. Allow 30-40 minutes to strain out all of the grinds.
  5. Store the coffee concentrate in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  6. To make iced coffee, fill a glass with ice, pour in the coffee concentrate halfway, and add your favorite milk or cream.
