Ingredients

Coffee and Water

  • cups fresh coarsely ground coffee
  • 3 cups filtered water

Optional Serving

  • Milk or plant milk

Instructions

  1. Place the ground coffee in a Mason jar and add the water, then stir.
  2. Cover the jar and let it sit at room temperature for 12 to 24 hours.
  3. Strain the coffee using a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth or paper filters into a bowl.
  4. Store the strained coffee in the fridge.
  5. When ready to serve, pour over ice and add milk or water to taste.
