Instructions
- Prepare two pieces of plastic wrap for shaping and wrapping the bars.
- Roughly chop the dates.
- Measure the unsweetened coconut and combine it with the chopped dates in a food processor for a couple of minutes, then set aside.
- Add the mixed nuts to the processor and pulse until finely chopped, then mix with the date and coconut mixture along with the coconut oil.
- Knead the mixture with your fingers to combine well.
- Form the mixture into a ball and divide it into two halves.
- Shape each half on the plastic wrap to create your desired bar shape.
- Refrigerate the bars to maintain freshness.
