Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to a clean glass bowl or jar and smooth it down.
- Cover the bowl/jar with cheesecloth or a paper towel and secure with a rubber band.
- Place in a warm, dry place and let it sit undisturbed for 24-48 hours.
- After resting, stir the cream cheese to combine and refrigerate it.
- Taste and adjust salt if needed, and strain if you want a thinner consistency.
