Instructions
- 1. Soak the cashews in boiling water for at least 1 hour.
- 2. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
- 3. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender.
- 4. Blend until smooth, adding more non-dairy yogurt if needed for consistency.
- 5. Taste and adjust salt as preferred.
- 6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
