Ingredients

  • ¼ cup plain non-dairy yogurt

Instructions

  1. 1. Soak the cashews in boiling water for at least 1 hour.
  2. 2. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
  3. 3. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender.
  4. 4. Blend until smooth, adding more non-dairy yogurt if needed for consistency.
  5. 5. Taste and adjust salt as preferred.
  6. 6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days.
