Instructions
- Blend the cashews, coconut oil, lemon juice, salt, miso, and water until very smooth.
- Taste and adjust the flavor, adding more lemon juice or vinegar if desired.
- Pour into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to thicken.
