Ingredients

  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¾ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon white miso (optional)
  • cup water
  • 1 tablespoon water (additional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the cashews, coconut oil, lemon juice, salt, miso, and water until very smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust the flavor, adding more lemon juice or vinegar if desired.
  3. Pour into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to thicken.
