finely chopped low moisture veggies
Instructions
- Soak the cashews overnight, then rinse and drain them.
- Combine all base ingredients in a food processor.
- Process until creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If adding freeze dried fruit, incorporate it at the start for a smooth texture, or later for chunks.
- If adding veggies, pulse them in at the end.
- Store the cream cheese in an airtight container in the fridge.
