Chocolate Chip Zucchini Baked Oats

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Grease an oven-safe mug or 6-8 oz ramekin.
- Finely grate the zucchini and press out moisture with a paper towel.
- Blend all ingredients except zucchini and chocolate chips until smooth.
- Pour the oat mixture into the mug or ramekin.
- Stir in the zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and add a splash of milk if desired.
