Chocolate Chip Zucchini Baked Oatmeal

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl and add the grated zucchini, milk, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and add the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until set. Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
