Big Cluster Peanut Butter Granola

The wet mixture

milk (vanilla almond milk recommended)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 275°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, peanuts, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, canola oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture over the oat mixture and stir to combine.
- Line a large jelly roll pan with parchment paper and spread the granola mixture evenly on it.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stir, then bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown and dry to the touch.
- Let the granola cool for 2-3 hours to cluster and crunchify before serving.
