Cheater’s Sweet and Sour Noodles

Instructions
- Cook the noodles al dente according to package directions, then rinse under cold water and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add red onion, and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper slices and sauté for an additional minute until slightly cooked.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine, adding more oil if needed.
- Mix in the sweet and sour sauce and the cooked protein, tossing until well coated and heated through.
- If using, add diced pineapple and cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is evenly coated.
- Garnish with green onion, cilantro, and red pepper flakes, then serve immediately.
